Refunds

14 days, no questions

If Fitters Book isn't right for you, email support@adamdesgns.com within 14 days of buying and we'll refund the full amount you paid. Send it from the email you sign in with, or tell us that email. You don't need to give a reason.

The refund goes back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe. Most banks show it within 5 to 10 business days.

After 14 days

Purchases are final after 14 days. If something is broken or a value is wrong, email us anyway. We'll fix it, and we'll look at a refund case by case.

What a refund does

• The paid tools lock on every phone signed in with that email, within 24 hours.
• My Work stays open with no purchase, so you can still download the Iso Pad drawings saved on your phone.
• Drawing PDFs you opened are stored only on your phone. We never had them, and a refund doesn't delete them.
• You can buy again later with the same email.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please email us before you dispute a charge with your bank. It's faster for you, and we refund any purchase inside the 14 days. A dispute or chargeback locks the paid tools the same way a refund does.

Promo codes

A promo code has to be entered at checkout. It can't be added to a purchase afterward, and it has no cash value. A refund is the amount you actually paid.
