Privacy

The short version

We keep your email and your purchase record so you can sign in and use what you bought. Your drawings, photos and sketches stay on your phone. There are no ads, no tracking and no analytics, and we don't sell or share your information.

What we keep

• Your email address, to send sign-in codes and connect your purchase to you.
• Your purchase record: date, amount, currency, Stripe payment references, and whether it was refunded or disputed.
• Your trial record: the start and end of your 3-day trial, tied to your email so signing in again does not restart it. We keep this record while your account exists.
• Sign-in safety records: a scrambled (hashed) copy of each sign-in code, which expires in 10 minutes, and short-lived counters by email and by internet (IP) address that stop people from guessing codes.
• One sign-in cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. It isn't used for anything else.

What stays on your phone

Drawing PDFs, Photo Measure photos and readings, Iso Pad sketches and your Day or Night setting are stored in your browser on your phone. They aren't uploaded to us. Photo Measure reads the numbers on your phone.

What you type into search is sent to our server to look up the answer. It isn't linked to your account or saved with your email.

Who else handles it

• Stripe processes payments. You enter card details on Stripe's page, and we never see or store your card number.
• Resend sends the sign-in code emails.
• Netlify hosts the site and stores the records above. Like any web host, it keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses.

Each of them handles the data only to provide that service.

How long we keep it

Purchase records are kept while you have access, and afterward for as long as tax, refund or dispute rules require. Sign-in codes expire in 10 minutes. The guessing counters reset within a day.

Your choices

Email support@adamdesgns.com to see, correct or delete what we have about you. Deleting your record ends your access, apart from purchase details the law requires us to keep. Clearing your browser's site data removes what's stored on your phone.

Other

Fitters Book is for working adults and isn't directed at children under 13. If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Fitters Book is run by Adam Designs LLC, Mississippi, USA.
